We work only for charities and non-profit organisations. Any category of charity or non-profit is a good fit. Contact us to start discussing the options!
We first search for businesses that are relevant for your cause (we will not ask a butcher for a price for a vegan association by example...). We look for local but also national businesses that have a local attach where your organisation is based.
Once we have the list of businesses, we contact them by email or with any social media to ask them for a price for your cause. In the communication, we give all the relevant information regarding your organisation, your cause and why you are doing a raffle.
It can take days, weeks or months for businesses to reply. We gently chase them regularly to make sure we get a reply. We make sure that we are never too pushy and always very professional in our communications.
Once businesses confirm they want to give and what they want to give, we ask them to provide the price either by email (vouchers by example) or by mail to your address.
The process takes roughly 3 to 4 months. Then, you need to promote your raffle for another month or 2 so we recommend contacting us 6 months prior to the beginning of your raffle.
Almost 99% of the time, yes! But, they don't ask for much. They only want to be promoted by any means that you can.
For example, if you are a school, they would want you by example to distribute some flyers, add their flyer to the weekly newsletter, share their post on social media etc...
This is really unlikely as our cost should be less than 10% of what your raffle should bring you. But, if it is the case, we can discuss in order to understand what went wrong and make sure you do better at promoting the raffle next time.
